P1: Higgs Boundary Pair

P1a - Mass (sealed: 124.6 GeV)

ATLAS: m_H = 125.11 +/- 0.11 GeV    delta = +0.51 GeV    epsilon = +0.4093%
CMS:   m_H = 125.08 +/- 0.12 GeV    delta = +0.48 GeV    epsilon = +0.3852%

P1b - Self-Coupling (sealed: lambda = 0.12816)

CMS (T2, arXiv:2607.23352): First off-shell self-coupling constraint obtained. New kinematic channel.

ATLAS (T3, arXiv:2607.26879): mu_HH = 2.6 (+1.4/-1.0), 2.6σ over background, 1.65σ vs SM. "Consistent with the SM expectation."

lambda_SM    = (125.09)^2 / (2 * (246.22)^2) = 0.12903
kappa_MH     = 0.12816 / 0.12903 = 0.9932 ~ 0.99
ATLAS 95% CL observed: [-3.4, 1.6] contains 0.99: YES
Falsifier: NOT ACTIVATED

P2: Top Boundary Mass

Sealed: 172.2 GeV. ICHEP 2026 benchmark (arXiv:2402.08713): 172.52 +/- 0.33 GeV.

Interval [172.19, 172.85] GeV contains 172.2: YES
Residual: +0.32 GeV = +0.19% = 0.97 sigma
Lower bound clearance: +0.01 GeV
Falsifier: NOT ACTIVATED

P3: Three Sequential Generations

Sealed: N=3. ICHEP 2026 produced 5+ new BSM exclusion results (heavy Majorana, A->ZH, resonant HH, H+scalar, VLQ). No complete fourth sequential quark-and-lepton family. Falsifier NOT ACTIVATED.

P4: Neutral-Sector Recursive Mass-Depth Set

Sealed values and substrate-native Dm^2

T13 arXiv:2607.19340 (JUNO)

The declared P4 falsifiers test the absolute mass sum and whether a robust lower bound on the individual lightest mass is produced above 2.61 meV. These are tested by T12 and T14 - and were not activated. T13 is an oscillation-splitting paper. Its formula operates on Δm² between oscillation eigenstates - a different physical quantity from MH's absolute mass set. T13 is not the instrument for the declared P4 falsifier test, and it does not produce a result that activates any declared P4 falsifier.

All P4 declared falsifiers: NOT ACTIVATED.

P5: No Particle Closes Missing-Acceleration Terrain

4+ new direct-search results at ICHEP 2026 (CMS EXO-24-010/036, NPS-25-008; ATLAS dark sector). Each produces new exclusion terrain. None satisfies all six physical-identity requirements simultaneously. Falsifier NOT ACTIVATED.

P6: Absolute Confinement and Eight-Mode Closure

T20 (arXiv:2607.21952): "consistent with that implied by a linear QCD potential" and "strong evidence for a net confining force."

T21 (arXiv:2607.20337): First-principles lattice QCD EMT at physical quark masses, continuum limit. No ninth mode required.

Branch 1 (free quark):       NOT PRODUCED - confining force confirmed
Branch 2 (finite U(inf)):    NOT PRODUCED - linear confinement consistent
Branch 3 (ninth mode):       NOT PRODUCED - full EMT without ninth mode
